Customers scan a QR code, share their real experience through simple ratings, text, or voice, and Review Yaar helps them turn that input into a polished review they can post on Google, Zomato, Justdial, Practo, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

Yes. Review Yaar never invents opinions or fabricates experiences. Every AI-assisted draft is built only from what the actual customer typed, spoke, or rated in their own session. The customer sees the draft, can edit any word, and then chooses whether to post it.

No. Review Yaar does not create, buy, incentivize, or automate fake reviews. Fake reviews violate Google, Zomato, and most platform policies — and they are explicitly prohibited under our Terms of Service.

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Annual plans are One Business ₹2,999, Two Businesses ₹4,999, Three Businesses ₹6,999, and Five Businesses ₹9,999 (plus applicable taxes). Each plan includes 5, 7, 10 or 14 active campaigns and QR codes. Billed once a year. You can upgrade any time. For six or more businesses, email info@retentionscale.com for a custom plan.

Google, Zomato, Justdial, Practo, TripAdvisor, MakeMyTrip, Trustpilot, Amazon, Flipkart, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and custom URLs. You can pick one primary destination per campaign and add secondary platforms as small icons.

Quick Review Suggestions – Customers can instantly choose from 3 contextual review drafts based on their selected experience, language and campaign keywords. Nothing is posted automatically: the customer picks one, edits it if they want, copies it and posts it on the platform they choose.

The customer-facing review flow supports English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, and Bengali. Customers choose their language before answering the questions, and the AI-assisted draft is generated in the same language.

Customers can tap the mic and speak instead of typing. Voice notes are transcribed using OpenAI Whisper and the transcript is used as input to the AI-assisted draft. Nothing is posted anywhere until the customer taps to submit it themselves.

Yes. Depending on your plan (1, 2, 3, or 5 businesses), you can add multiple workspaces from your dashboard. Each business has its own logo, name, colors, links, campaigns, locations, and analytics.

Yes. Every business supports multiple locations (branches). Each campaign can be scoped to a specific location, and you can override the Google review URL per location.

Yes. Customers can share feedback directly with the business, helping the team understand concerns and improve the customer experience. Review Yaar does not automatically post reviews, suppress customer opinions, or selectively request reviews based on a customer's rating. Customers remain in control of what they share and where they choose to share it.
