Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
What counts as an AI-assisted review?
Every time a customer finishes the review flow and Review Yaar generates the final suggestion counts as one AI-assisted review. Regenerating tone or length on the same session does not count again.
What happens if I run out of AI-assisted reviews?
Your account gets a warning at 80% usage. When you hit the annual allowance, AI assistance pauses for that workspace until you upgrade or add credits — QR scans, campaigns, and private feedback keep working.
Can I add more businesses later?
Yes. Upgrade to a higher plan any time from Billing and add the new workspace immediately.
What if I want to downgrade?
Downgrade at renewal. If your current business count exceeds the new plan's limit, archive the extra workspaces first.
Do you charge per business, per campaign or per QR scan?
Plans are priced by the number of business workspaces. Each plan includes a set number of active campaigns and QR codes (5, 7, 10 or 14) pooled across your workspaces. QR scans and locations are unlimited.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Bengali across the customer flow, voice transcription, and AI-assisted suggestions.
Do you offer GST invoices?
Yes, GST-compliant invoices are issued for every subscription and credit pack.
How do payments work?
Checkout runs on our secure payment partner. Cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets are supported. Charges are annual.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period.
Is my customer data private?
Yes. Row-level security scopes your data strictly to your workspace. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can teammates access my workspace?
Yes. Invite teammates as managers or staff from the Team page inside your dashboard.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day free trial to fully evaluate Review Yaar. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
Is Review Yaar affiliated with Google, Zomato or other platforms?
No. Review Yaar helps your customers write and post their own reviews on those platforms. We do not guarantee ratings, rankings, or any specific outcome.
